We need a general game feedback forum

These new boards need a section for feedback about the game or its development and content release at large. The "Boards Feedback" section is clearly stated to be only intended for feedback regarding these boards themselves, not regarding the game or any other aspect of League of Legends. I realize that in most cases I can probably leave feedback about things (champions, story, art, gameplay) in their respective sections, but in my case my issue has to do with skin release, so where would I put that?

You guys should either make a new general feedback forum (which would clean such threads out of the other sections) or at least make it a little clearer in the guidelines what section I ought to put something like that in? Story and Art, I guess?

For context this is feedback I intend to communicate to Riot specifically. I was told in the support ticket I asked about it that I should use the forums to contact Rioters with feedback but I don't know how I should do that here.
