New Player section without level limit

I find it really bad and just stupid that new players are prohibited from posting just because of some goons that keep creating smurf accounts to spam stuff.

A "New Player Section" subboard where everyone with level 5 and higher can post would help the legit new players that come here to ask questions about the game and other stuff.

It's ridiculous not allowing them to do that.
