Shyvanna's ultimate isn't unstoppable unfortunately :(

This change only affects champs that could ult and ignore all and any form of CC once started. This changes makes it so CC they receive during the ult, shows up once the ult start.

Shyvanna on the other hand can be interrupted at any point during her ult so this change is not directed towards her...... unless they change her ult mechanics.
