[Bug] Negative Comments? (also I can't use attachments?)

I'm not sure why, but this one thread has negative comments (the actual number of comments listed is negative, where the thread itself still has a couple comments on it).

On another note, I've been trying to attach a screenshot of this (.jpg file, 71 KB, 'Status' reads '100%', so I feel like it should be okay), but for some reason, after I upload it, it doesn't show up in the post. I've been having this problem for a while, but I've usually been able to either work around it or just do without.
