Have you always lived in California? If not, how has the move out there been so far? Is your pay high enough to justify the move and build a retirement fund/college fund for any little ones or are you breaking even? If you have always lived in California, would you recommend the move out there if accepted for a job at Riot versus say the St. Louis branch of Riot? I know most, if not all of you, love your job at Riot but I know it can't all be peaches and roses so I just want to know some of the downsides to it. Is a job at Riot a long-term option or more of a temporary option to build a career off of into other companies?
