[Bug] Incorrect Level on OCE Boards

As the title states, the level of my account displayed by the fora for NA and OCE differ; NA displays the (as of now) correct 14, whilst OCE displays my level as 1. This is not just a visual bug - I am unable to post on the OCE forums.
