[Gameplay] Mac animated interface

When the animated HUD is turned on on the Mac client, there is some green flickering fuzz at the part where resources are regenerating. This applies to both health and mana.

Steps:

1. Buy a mac.
2. Install League of Legends on Mac.
3. Go into a game.
4. Use resources or take damage.
5. ???
6. Profit
