there is a missing chat from you as you can see from the second image from bottom there is a small chat bubble from you that doesnt fit anywhere with the other pictures explain this

You can send in a ticket with all the info you have, it doesn't have to be private at that point. Be polite, be precise add any relevant information, tell Riot what the problem was even if you think it is obvious and don't bump the ticket. GL :)
Yeah, It's seems a lot to do but if everyone does this it will help.

Already blocked them which makes it so you cant see the msgs you or they sent. So cant really report them.
Just because you blocked them, it doesn't mean Riot can't see what happened. But it is up to you friend.
