Honor 2 for clash is so stupid.

I haven't been punished since last year november where I got a 10 game chat restriction for losing my cool in a single game. I barely type in chat, I'm not going to sit here and fake being nice to people by congratulating my bot lane on every double kill they get. Thus I don't get honored but I don't get reported either...

I went from checkpoint 0 to 1 in 9 months and probably won't play clash / get rewards for another few years. It's just so stupid. I understand the prevention of toxicity - but you can't force people to be nice in a video game.

Edit: Rewarding people with keys for being nice is fine, but punishing them for not saying anything nice at all is dumb

I get honored pretty frequently and I don't think I have ever congrats anyone outside of someone getting a pentakill. Hell, I get honored often for not even say a thing in game (when you do good in game, people noticed or when you are the only person who is not flaming, people tend to honor that guy).

If it takes you 9 months to go up 1 checkpoint, it is either 1) you don't play that often or 2) you get validly reported but not enough to warrant a punishment.

It is not entirely possible to go from check point 0 to check point 1 in 9 months unless you play like 1 game a week. You get passive honors just by playing games even if you are never honored.

Your honor will go up only if you're playing non-negative games. Since you've been playing pretty regularly, you probably have been somewhat negative, but under the threshold for punishment.

If that doesn't describe you, then you should write a Support ticket or message them on Twitter and ask them to look into your games to see why your honor isn't going up.
