Game WONT Load??

This has been happening for the past 2 weeks & happens like once every 10 games (I've noticed it happens more in norms) - I try to join a game, it loads completely fine to 100%, and doesn't let me in. My ping is fine, the circle around the ping is still loading, it just sits there on the loading screen at 100%

There isn't even an indication that the game has started? I literally sat there for 5 minutes wondering if the game started, or if we're just waiting on someone.

And when I try to reconnect it doesn't load at all.
