Dang, while not a wall of text, it's getting pretty close to it. Either reformat it or give us a tldr.

To reply to your title only, most people who claim that the system is flawed just dont understand how the system works.

EDIT: man, that was a crappy tldr, at least give me a brief on what you though is flawed with the system.

Number of reports doesn't matter. As far as the system is concerned you either get reported or you don't.

At first I thought that It was stupid but then I looked at the log. I saw that I might have been a little negative but nothing to be restricted over.

chat restrictions get their honor reduced so you have a reason to reform. even if you feel like your chat wasn't that bad, this restriction is Riot telling you, yeah it is, knock it off. if you don't, you'll only get harsher punishments.
