I get banned, but stuff like this is okay?

I was just banned for 14 days. While it was totally deserved and my soft inting definitely is what got me punished, I don't see how simply because i said something alone the lines of "Im inting" gets me banned, but had i said nothing and ran it down, nothing happens to me, its a "bad game". I "lagged". This is an example of what I mean. Xin was soft inting from 3 minutes in, running at anyone he saw wherever he saw them, but the problem was, he said nothing in chat. He didn't say he was trolling, he just did it. the game before he inted on Renekton, but won, so nothing happens to him. While my ban was definitely deserved, it feels like kids who don't type in chat just aren't flagged for inting because they aren't being verbally toxic.

And by the way when I did it i had 8 deaths, so you cant say its the death count difference.
