Levelling - Most Toxic Experience

This is my fourth account in League of Legends. I've had accounts in every rank except for Master and Challenger - and I gotta say the most toxic environment in this game is levelling, and its not even close.

My last 4 games have all had rage quitters. One was caused by someone raging at the quitter (although I wasn't surprised due to how bad the guy was playing), but the other three were people blowing up over small things and leaving the game. Feel free to go through my match history. The first rage quit a game we actually won 4v5 despite our J4 never hitting level 4. J4 died twice in a row top and BLEW UP at me for not helping him (I was taking dragon) - he proceeded to use racial slurs, death threats, making fun of disabilities (mainly autism) and proceeded to rage quit - he got banned as we got a message right after we reported that he was punished. Following that we got a Viktor mid who went 1/12 - which is impressive since he was only actually playing for about 5 minutes because he AFK'd to go watch porn (he said so in chat) for the first 15 minutes and came back to feed on purpose. Following that we had a simply bad player in our Yasuo who left at the end because he didn't like how long the game was going. And then my last game our alistair rage quit at 11 minutes because our adc yelled at him (while she was also be toxic, he really did deserve it).

I'm sitting here wondering how new players even make it to 30 before dropping this game. My first season was in season 2 before their was a tier system. I was in the elo range that would be considered mid bronze - the players there sucked but were typically nice. Over the years I moved up to Diamond and I have to say, despite the "elo hell" joke of bronze, I had previously found Diamond 5 to be the most toxic range of play than any other tier. That was until I made a new account and realized just how toxic this levelling community is.

I'm not sure if its because all of the previously banned players are all levelling up smurfs or what, but this levelling experience is ATROCIOUS. This needs to be addressed if Riot ever wants any respectable players to level to 30.

Not sure why anyone be would down vote this

Anyways, yesterday after playing in my lvl 7 smurf I was suprised by all of the toxicity...

Jinx was yelling at my udyr friend for not playing as an udyr support, some enemy sivir told us to report their annie even though she wasn't feeding as hard as their amumu

Also my friend (who got permabannned on his first acc) made a new account only to get banned again before hitting level cap so I'm pretty sure that a good portion of the toxic players are banned players

There is also a possibility of some newbies being toxic because they feel the community will allow them to (long time ago one of my friend who started playing the game was raging at his teammates even though he's only level 15)

Tl;Dr just my 2 cents lol

Okay I logged on to tell you something. I have played for 2 years, and most of my games have been played in low level's I have mayby hit 30 twice. Usually get perma banned around level 20. The games are harder then ranked silver games. Once I hit 30 I did my placements once and I got to silver 3 first time. its like the black market of league of legends, nothing good to find down in low levels. And most people don't care cause there account is only level 7 takes like a few hours to get there. its where the toxic people exist. its like the ghetto of league. don't go there unless you want to get shot with toxicity.
