Dou trolls - what should i do?

Just a few minutes ago i queued up for a game and upon getting into the game a player and his partner asked me (Who was set for adc) if i could top lane instead. I said no because i didn't want to play top lane in the particular moment. When i got into the game the Annie (Who was the support) auto'd to push the lane and Q'd to last hit minions, i asked her nicely repetitively to stop and she continued anyway. The both of them harassed me until the game ended. What am i supposed to do as a player in this situation? And the Annie insisted that her taking minions isn't against the rules because no where in the Summoners Code does it say specifically that the ADC has to take the farm and the support cannot.

Do what you should do against any troll. Mute them, try your best, report them after the game, and move on with your life.

In that situation the report would either be Unsportsmanlike Conduct, Harassment, or Assisting Enemy Team. I forgot the exact names of the report options, but you should be able to figure out which fits the game best.

i believe acting in a manor to get a rise out of another player is against the TOS. Its all about how you phrase it

This might be a tough one.. I don't think you would get a punish for Annnie taking your CS.

A lot of it would depend on what this means: The both of them harassed me until the game ended.

Mute/ignore them and play as best you can. Report them at the end and include as much detail as you can. Make sure to point out pre game chat as well.

The annie is not wrong that taking CS as a support isn't explicitly against the rules, but given the context of the whole situation, it sounds like a pretty disingenuous response. I don't think she can pretend she was doing it for any other reason that to hurt the team. These situations are always tough to judge because plausible deniability exists. But just make sure you don't let them drag you into the mud, report, and hope for the best.

You may be able to validly report both of them for harassing you. However, like what others said, it is difficult to report that annie for her lane activity simply because there's nothing restricting players' way of playing the game. Things like that are considered problems among players and need to be dealt with between the players in question.

The most constructive thing that can be done, in my opinion, is issue penalties for losing and give out significant rewards for winning. Annie's behavior isn't against anything, but it will most likely cost the team the game. However, she wouldn't care simply because losing result in no consequence at all and winning isn't rewarding enough for her to care. Therefore, she would value her own pleasure over the game and take no hesitation to act in a way that denies benefit from the team.
