Nothing broken about the system. Looks like it's working just fine. Make sure you don't do any Report Calling and griefing/harassment on your main account that you probably don't actually have. It boggles me how a Diamond player could smurf and have a 37% win rate in Silver 2.

I do think you were negative, although I'm unsure if this alone was enough for a ban. You did harass sejuani, calling her bad and calling for reports on her. Remember that it only takes 1 report to trigger a review of a player's chat.
