Vladimir's Q Bug

Vladimir's Q bugged; When casting Q on someone who enters a bush or directly after losing vision on a target Vladimir's Q will go on Cooldown without it healing or doing damage. This is even worse on Twisted TreeLine. After using the Vision powder and attempting to Q someone nothing happens but you get the cooldown.

I don't know if it's because the Blood Lust Bar ends or if it's a vision problem, but it's becoming a VERY common problem while playing this champion. While playing in-and-out of bushes for combat, this bug happens to me at least 2 or more times a game while fighting in-and-out of a bush.

I don't know what is causes it, because it seems completely random, even more so it has happened without a bush being involved but that's very rare when compared to how common it is when there's a bush and vision problems involved.
