Sivir spell Block blocking ALL AP ATTACKS that happen in the Same Second.

Like the title says, Sivir's Spell Block is not working. I tested it in game, saw it in a game, and now I believe it's currently broken. All spells that hit Sivir's spell Shield are blocked as long as all those spells hit at the same time, or around the same time.
