Issue more perma bans!!!!

There's this player who got banned before because he's terrible and clearly boosted.

It seems like his 2 week ban is over and today, I run into this player again twice in a row.

Completely toxic, trolls, and boosted.

He deserves a perma ban yet he almost cost me 2 ranked games again.

We need to ban these players from the game completely so issue more perma bans.

riot doesn't actually care about inters. they don't care about making the game better, they care about making it look better.
