Can we get a feature to insta ban anybody who plays Heimerdinger support? It is THE worst possible support in the game, anything else you could come up with is better, because it doesn't auto shove the lane and steal cs. Id rather have that singed player who double jungles than a support donger.
He's got a stun, and excellent wave clear. Far from a typical support, but definitely has his ups.
I gotta think Garen and Twitch make worse supports.
Why?
Well seeing as people are allowed to play who they want where they want the answer would be no and anybody that is purposefully pushing the wave/taking cs isn't trying to play him as support.
Having played him as support he can actually be quite useful especially with his stuns and ability to have his guns take tower aggro meaning you will get that tower down quicker, if played properly he can do the job of a non healing support just as well as others can.
Heimer turret damage should be lower then your aa damge. If he gets cs with his tower, you suck at lasthitting.
Clearly you haven't seen AD soraka. The only thing worse would be if her ult healed minions and enemy champs.
Ex heimer main here Heimerdinger has a great kit for just about everything I pref mid and top solely due to the massive amount of lane pressure he exerts Where as his support is very viable Unlike other supports his passive is his heal for the adc(which is pretty good) In addition an easy to lane stun and skill shot Help to produce some strong viable poking early on for little mana In terms of wave control Yes the turrets may snipe a cs here and there but unless you're a flawless cser chalk it up to missing them. Heimer can control his turrets to a limited degree, he autos the turrets focus the target(priorities champ>minion)
Yes I know heimer isn't the definition of "meta" he brings a lot of strength to a lane he goes into regardless of items
