Two things about the Queue

First: In examining a toxicity report, do you guys even look at the champion select logs? I swear, there are people you meet who you know need to be banned the moment they enter the chat room. (I remember on one occasion I was called a retard by this one guy for banning Yasuo, and he really only got worse as the chat went on)

Second: Can we report people in queue, so that the "justice of the Tribunal" (said rather sarcastically) can be brought down upon them, even if soeone dodges? They're still being toxic and I usually get placed with them 3 or 4 times before they leave queue or something...
