Would love for a rioter to read and respond

I know no one cares, but I do.

My best friend was perma-banned back in May this year; I fully understand why they were banned and I agree that at the time they deserved it, however I want for at least one person to hear their story; even if nothing changes.

I have a friend whose life has been spiraling out of control for a multi-tude of reasons: His family has abandoned him, his girlfriend has abandoned him, and here a while ago he was in a bad car accident and barely survived. He has been suffering from depression and I have been there trying to help him as best I can, but there is only so much one person can do. League was the one thing my friend could look forward to each day however in a time of him being emotionally unstable he went off on his team mates, and it was bad. I do not condone the words he spoke and I have since lectured him many times on his behavior and have been with him these last 5 months and he is in a better place in his life now. He realizes that he made a huge mistake and that he was in the wrong and he wants to come back to the game and play with his friends but he also wants to become a better player and a positive part of the community. He wants to enjoy the game again and spread positive re-enforcement in his games. I understand that Riot perma bans players for a reason, however I also understand that they have the ability to make exceptions and have un-banned far more toxic players in the past. He has submitted a ticket and he was told there is nothing that would be done, but I beg of Riot please allow my friend 1 more chance to be the model summoner he wants to be. Even if he is chat banned or restricted, even if he has a list of a million criteria he must meet. Please give my friend one more chance.

You are dreaming, riot wont do a thing unless you are a popular streamer, also watch out, there is like2-3 people who whatever you might say against riot, they will defend them. weird, they spend all their time in the forums yet they dont play the game...., looks like they are paid by riot.. i would'nt even doubt it...

Using real life struggles as a justification for toxic behavior is a dangerous path to tread. I'd advise that you don't do that again.

I've never heard of Riot banning any future created account for a player beyond Tyler1, so your friend still has the chance to create a new account and start from scratch. Riot has already told you via Support Ticket that nothing more will be done. If their actions were bad enough to result in a permaban, then you both should be grateful to even have that much.
