Account Hacked

I logged in today to play my first win of the day match. I normally do so every day. But when I logged in I found my account had been used for 5 different games that I was not apart of. No one ( or so I thought) should know my password or have access to my account.

I have taken the steps to securing my account once again and hope that this was an unfortunate event, but my question is: If this person who played on my account broke the EULA in ways other than breaking into it... How can I clean my account of that?

I ask this simply because I have taken steps completely many many months ago to ensure I do not give in to toxicity. Things like removing all chat from my games. Hiding the chat bar and such. Essentially I set myself up to never be a part of the negative trash that can be spewed.

Change your pass and move on I guess, if he/she didn't spend anything no real harm done.,

I would recommend posting to the Help & Support boards on this. Most likely they will tell you to submit a support ticket to get things cleared up, but I would check with someone there to make sure things are handled correctly. Moving on as if it didn't happen could punish you later, since if they ever look into your account and found someone else playing on it or doing something you shouldn't be doing, they could ban you.

The support team is there to help you, and if you make it clear that you did not knowingly let someone onto your account they should take the necessary steps to make sure nothing happens to you for it.
