Incase you didnt know, when you have a permabanned account, you get a popup that tells you that your banned, and then you get logged out instantly. Honestly it should just let you use the client just not allow you to play any games. Also you should be able to use your RP that you bought to gift your friends or something.

Honestly it would suck if you just bought rp but didnt get to use it. At least let him gift someone lol. Afterall he DID pay for it.
I agree riot should let you do something with your RP, after all, you did spend money on a product and now are being illegally denied access to money you've spent because somehow you broke riots failure of a justice system.
For one thing, riot should ban more people than they do based on metrics that I have observed through personal experience and observations. No one knows that saying "report elise AFK, or report Thresh spamming, or he called me a n**g Je*" all will get you banned under their failed system.
Hell, the system doesn't kick back false reports like it should. I just got out of a game where I didn't type anything in the chat throughout the pre-post except Jungle and I got a pop up saying offensive language. As a player who's trying to change his toxic ways this is disheartening to see that now my account is being flagged to be looked at even tho it's a false report.
So, in short they should let you spend RP you just purchased even if your accounts banned, not on yourself, but on your friends because their system currently is NOT working as intended.
How so? You broke the rules thus leaving you without an account. If you can still use the account what is even the point of banning it. This is suppose to be a punishment. Even if you couldnt play you could still contact people and harass them that way.
They could just transfer that RP over to another smurf they're going to be toxic on...
If you buy a season pass to Disneyland and get banned for life after just 2 rides, you don't get to give your pass to a friend or put on a disguise to use the pass. You are basically renting content (rides) with RP (tickets), and the RP is the thing you actually bought which was delivered in full and attached to your account (pass).

I am very sorry that happened to you. They should provide a refund or option to transfer it to a friend if they will not allow you to gift anybody.
Also, I've seen way worse toxicity than that. So, now I know that "wtf" is a toxic phrase. So is, "peace" , "yeh" , and so many other things that they pasted in that chat log. The only thing I see wrong in that is the homophobic slur. The rest of it is just stuff, and I don't see why it was considered toxic.

Just more proof that riot wants the $$$$$ they will let you buy rp and skins while banned, but not gift anything to anyone.

when you get banned, you forfeit all that you own in that account, skins, RP, champions, runes, rewards etc.
it's unfortunate that such a huge amount doesn't get spent, but when you bought those RP, Riot already received the money, you were just unable to spend before your account got banned. so technically they don't care what happens afterwards.
