Singed support takes all adc farm

Angry summoner in my lobby asks for top, top says no. he then bans the champion top has hovered, still top doesn't wish to swap. angry support then rages at everyone, and locks in singed ghost ignite. im playing adc. the singed runs into the enemy jungle level 1 and dies. once again, runs in and dies. this is twice before 1:30 into game. he then starts proxy farming bot lane so i can't get any farm. i have 16 farm by 15 mins bc he keeps proxying and enemy team lets him without killing him. Game goes on, i try rotating to other lanes to try and get farm, but he follows me of course, and starts proxying whatever lane i go to, even mid. we finally end game at 22 minute ff. i tell him he's a worthless piece of shit and i hope his mother gets murdered. bet you anything i get he gets no punishment xd. seriously riot this shit ruins the game, players like that. everyone on my team agreed to report him bc he wasted our time and no one had fun with him in the game. since im not allowed to give out names, [Removed] my op.gg on the account i was playing on. pretty sure im allowed to post my op.gg on boards. it was the ashe game. will be my last game for a while, as ive had too many people troll recently to continue to have fun with the game. any suggestions on new games to play?
