Why do people think this is okay?

End game (and pre game) lobby chat is recorded so using the report feature and mentioning it happened in either would still be a valid report.

7/5/13 and highest CS/Gold in game seems ok to me...

Just report the guy and move on... why even make this thread? there is already a system for this kind of thing.
