This trio que says "hey let this guy jungle, hes a smurf" I said, okay sure if I can mid. They wont swap around so I can mid so I said okay I don't have many runes or chars so thats why I que'd for those two roles sorry. "Okay you're getting 3 reports." How do I get a Riot-er to look at this pregame chat and perma ban these kids who think they can bully their way to a role?
Their reports won't do anything unless you actually respond in a toxic manner, so don't worry about that.
As for punishing them for their behavior, if you played the game use the post-game reporting. If you dodged, try to get a screenshot of the chat for a Support Ticket. Do not post it on the boards.
As for dealing with that kind of behavior if you aren't dodging, make it clear in chat that you do not agree to the swap without being toxic in any way, and just play through the match to the best of your ability even if you have to take another role. Make the best of a shitty situation if you can't avoid it.
They started out 1-9 and I eventually carried fights with the mid laner and kept trying to feed them all kills (get my teammates fed, just to clarify.) Two of the three wanted to play with me again but I just reported and moved on, I can't play with an asshole.
