Can we seriously just make int feeding in ranked a first offense ban???

im not talking about feeding as in "oh hes 1/9/4 hes feeding hurrr durrr" im talking about purely intentional ranked feeding. If we were ranking offenses in league to real legal offenses, int feeding would be murder. if someone is literally running down mid on cleanse ghost urgot support in ranked can we just instant ban them? i mean ive gone on with 5 friends in norms and played dumb shit and just fed and had a good time but seriously? intentionally feeding in ranked is the lowest you can stoop and i dont care how clean your slate was before it should be a permanent ban.
