How do I report bad teammates?

Why should players be banned for having bad games or being unskilled. If that was the case, then shouldn't Riot just ban every account that doesn't place into Platinum (Diamond, Masters, Challenger, etc.)?

Just try to focus on what you can do to make the next game better and don't take out your frustration on others.

Just lost promo because of wood division teammates. It's really annoying horrid teammates don't get banned.

Todays society says you can suck and never get better at anything you do and make all the excuses in the book and still be allowed to do it. RIOT is just following suit and allowing inferior people with no intention of getting better to screw up the games of the people that want to get better. We live in a world full of below average people because of the "Everyone is allowed to participate with no motivation or encouragement and without any kind of repercussions" mentality.

OP complaining about "wood division teammates". Coincidentally, they're also Silver 5, the smallest step up from Bronze, which most people call "wood division". 55-57% winratio, 48% kill participation. And... they think they deserve Diamond and everything is entirely their teammates' fault. Okay.

And before you whine and bitch about me being B4 with 0 Ranked wins, I know I'm not good, lol. I play this game for fun, but I also try to get better.
