Thank you Riot for Permabanning me! (sincere)

I just wanna say how good it felt this past 3 months without playing this game. I never was any real hardcore toxic player, just had my bad moments when I got paired with trolls a few games in a row, cause I cared. Also I never was aware of the so-called permaban right after the 14 days ban.

Anyway, I tried remaking an account at first, and found myself so **ck in the *** by having to grind unfairly this game for months before I can actually play a game of worth, or well when matchmaking is successful, maybe 25% of the time, that I just decided to leave after reaching around lvl 18-20, can't remember.

Having a free night tonight, I went over the forum as I'm a little curious about if riot will do something about all those undeserved ban to player like me, who I though weren't people harming the this community. I'm almost glad (kind of egoist) that I saw they aren't doing anything about it, even pushing it harder so that people are more and more frustrated about their broken system.

I might just go back to console as this was the only game I was playing with dedication since years on PC, and kind of an addict. Playing a console will clearly be something more casual as game aren't as fun :P but it will clearly increase my overall life condition.

So think about it, if your victim of this RIto **** try to find something positive in it, and maybe, just leave their company since they show they aren't caring for their regular players. They will surely fail one day anyway if people like me, who were dedicated, start leaving cause of their bad managing.

For myself I had 2 real life friend playing but I see them enough often to not desire enough to build back up in LoL. As of others, they were mostly LoL friend and I don't miss them enough. I can surely understand why you would want to play if your friends still plays it tho. I wish you luck and good players for your futur match!.

You sound like a more cynical version of me. Our stories are almost identical.

  • Banned 3 months ago.
  • Decided to level a new account.
  • Got to level ~20 and got sick of it being nothing but grinding and fairly screwed-up matchmaking.

I'm still trying to forge onward, but I'm making slower and slower progress due to losing my desire to keep going. I don't want to give up, though, because I know I'll be able to play with my friends again on equal footing... eventually...

I find this very hard to believe. The information is there and has been for a long time now. If you really didn't know then it's most likely because you intentionally chose not to do your research on it. Speaking of which permaban has ALWAYS come after a 2-week ban, so it's really nothing new there honestly.

I don't really have much to say on this issue other than that Matchmaking tries to pair you both with and against players of equal skill level.

Fun Fact: The vast majority of players complaining that their bans were "unjust" are the ones who well and truly deserved their bans. Being a jerk to others is never okay, and if you refuse to shape up then you get banned. People have their chances to reform but the ones who get banned are the ones who choose to ignore those warnings and chances given to them by Riot and then try to feign ignorance and innocence later on when Riot permabans them for their own poor behavior and their Reform Cards show that their bans were well and truly deserved.

Since you claim that your ban was unjust please post your Reform Card so we can see for ourselves if it was truly unjust or not. Keep in mind though that all permabans are handed out by Riot directly and only after an extensive review of the account in question as well.

I've been playing since the Season 2 Snowdown Showdown and I have never been warned nor banned. This is because I don't act like a jerk to other people the moments when things just don't go my way. And believe it or not I'm not alone in this either. And as for the whole "If Riot truly cared about it's regular players they'd stop banning people" excuse it's because they care about their players that they ban people who are only interested in trolling and being jerks to others. Anyone who says otherwise is just a banned troll rager (or just a troll or a rager in general).

I think that you sound like another one of those people who are mad that you got banned for your own poor behavior and don't like it, and instead of owning up to your own mistakes you'd rather pin the blame on others such as Riot instead. If you truly want to have a conversation about your ban then post your Reform Card. Just don'[t be surprised if you don't get the answers that you want to hear regarding it though.
