I guess all of us that got rapidly banned this week are on this forum trying to seek explanation. It's not 0.006% like riot pretends, their new system as made the ban rate raise hard time lately. Let's just share in 1-2 line why you got banned :
I'll start: PermaBanned for light negative attitude (I deserved my other punishments). I must say I should not have said what I did, but never though perma bans were so retarded intense.
Bans come in waves, and from what I have seen right now, a lot of people who are QQing right now about it are from players who have had rapid fire cases of punishments and reports and refuse to improve. So while your current logs might not be bad, the fact you have been getting shotgunned punishment was probably Riot thinking you have no hope of actually improving your behavior so just want you gone.
As for the numbers, they are actually probably accurate. I mean let's say there are about 100 people on the forums right now complaining about permabans, they likely have 10 million players daily for this game, so yeah .0006 actually sounds about right.

Punishment is dealt in 4 steps. If the mild punishments have little or no effect on your behavior then it'll just move on to the more harsh ones, up to a permaban. If the permaban is too harsh for you, I think the best course of action would be to reform before it gets to that step.
Wow you guys, can you just stop? If you aren't banned and never received any punishment, why don't you just play and stop typing this 4 steps crap, we all know about it, and most of us know it only when it's too late. The system doesn't give you a real chance to improve, it doesn't even warn you properly.
Get back to my topic, just post if you were banned and you guys go play and stop being *** about your perfect behavior on others.
When i got my punishment, all I received was automatic crap, even when I asked detail about it. In no other game I ever saw someone get banned for negativity, I didn't even know it was legal to be honest, as people put money in this game. I certainly been sometimes harassing in the past and I am sorry for it. You know what I though, and what probably everyone though? That saying some words or some bs were what got me banned, but not my negativity over all. So when I got out of it, I still said some negative stuff when playing an already lost game cause feeders or hard loosing lanes. If I knew that only the negativity would get people banned nowadays, guess what, I would have really changed my behavior because it's something I didn't even know before. When my account wasn't banned I would be playing games or doing something else, not reading on behavior boards (that I didn't even know existed).
I was cleaning my act man, I just kept being a little negative toward trolls. And it isn't many punishment it:s 14 day and perma. Chat restriction doesn't really have the same weight. And sorry I'm not 12 years old, I've been playing online games for more then 10 years and I never once saw any sort or punishment so hard as this ever. You need to understand that they aren't banning real toxic player and hostile environment? Please saying a troll hes bad isnt creating an hostile environement, it's not positive and should maybe be dealt with, but not with a perma ban, I'm sorry.
