People Who Add After Game To Continue Harrassment

So the obvious answer is to block/decline their requests, and I do that. But shouldn't there be a way of punishment for people who thinks it's acceptable to continue their verbal assault after you've left the lobby? It doesn't get to me, and it's only minor but it's just something that makes me think about what sort of people actually play this game. I wish there a way to eradicate all child like behaviour. I don't care about the occasional flame with in the game or out of frustration, but it just seems silly that we have children upon us, specifically wanting to utilize the platform to argue, and insult/hurl abuse. A report in game never feels as though it achieves anything. Reports almost feel like they aren't worth doing as we never get feedback, and it seems as though toxicity never gets punished. I'll quite often get a punishment (not complaining) by reacting to someone's idiocy, which I am trying to stop doing. All im saying is, is that it's like groundhog day every game on this server, and there's always a jerk on the team.

Riot doesn't punish PMs because you actually have to opt in to receive them and can opt out of them at any time with no negative consequence. This is different than being matched with someone as you didnt choose to be matched with them and muting negatively affects your chances of winning as well as you are unable to control their impact on the rest of your team.

I had this lovely individual [1] [2] add me after a game. He never said a single word the whole game, and sometimes people add me after games to duo with me. I had no indication that he was gonna be a jerk. I then submitted a ticket to Riot and explained what happened, but they did not care and nothing happened to him. I guess just don't accept anyone's friend request unless you want the potential to be harassed.

Same reason you're allowed to berate on the forums with things that would get you punished in game. Same reason you can drop the N word in champ select as long as someone dodges. If it's outside the game, including in the client, Riot doesn't care.

IMO Riot should immediately and without warning enable IFS on the forum and tie it to your in-game account so the people who come to this sub-board in particular on Honor 5 accounts to act toxic get a nasty surprise. Ditto for PMs, and since you can't report for PMs its always active.

I get plenty of feedback from my reports. Obviously not all of them, but a good chunk, and you can't expect to get responses everytime. Pretty sure you should be able to report them if they add you again
