Dabble from time to time and still the worst community of all the games I play...

I have played LoL since alpha and perhaps I dabble back into it from time to time for the sake of the old days. I'm not sure what good posting this will actually do but I have to say... it doesn't matter what role, class, champion or time you play this game... win lose or draw... league has evolved into the most negative, toxic and "unsportsmanlike" community Ive ever seen. Its the reason I play this game once a month or two.

Makes me sad because I used to really enjoy this game... Maybe I'm alone in this who knows...

Sometimes people are jerks. Regardless of why, it certainly does ruin the game for others and is perpetuated when they get toxic in retaliation. The best advice I have is to simply mute people that start exhibiting too much negativity. You'll probably forget they were ever bothering you in a couple minutes as you can focus on the game without them annoying you.

I agree.

I remember it use to be incredibly fun to play this game.

It seems like it wasnt until last year's preseason that this game went down hill fast.

I've noticed any game that's PvP and VERY competitive like League has about the same community. I just mute people.

I mean it's bound to happen when you play with a bunch of people you don't know. If you only like/want to play with a certain type of people you are better to just find and add those people and only play with them. Toxicity is in everything in life not just this game, it's something we all have to deal with!
