I'm not getting my rewards this season, Here's why its ok.

So I believe this is my first season since I started playing league that I wont be getting my rewards, I've always been a "gold" player, with no real aspiration to push past gold (since there isn't much incentive besides pride in ones accomplishments.) But, this season I gave it my all, i peaked plat 1 and went on a massive tilt streak. During one of my games I flamed a player running it down mid with some words that will not be repeated.

And that was wrong of me. While we both received punishment and he seems to have received a temp ban and a loss of honor, I lost everything I worked for this season with losing my honor.** And I deserve to lose it**

in short this is me apologizing, the level of toxicity in this game has been out of control for quite some time, and while i don't always agree with Riots decisions for how they punish players, I do agree they are effective. ( i am a walking example of this.) Every single time any player has gotten under my skin, or ran it down a lane, before i push that enter key I remember that I lost everything i worked for and opt to instead mute the player and move on and chalk up the game as a loss.

yes, i was mad I lost all of my honor and then Riot made the announcement that players will not be rewarded unless they are H2. But that is again where I was wrong. Riot rewards you for being a decent human being and player, its easy to become desensitized and less-humane when you are typing your rage away at a person you can't see, and while they are just words that don't carry any meaning with us outside of the game.. It pushes a negative environment for the game and continues to feed it.

So I just wanted to take a minute and reach out to the community in hopes this pushes someone to be a little less toxic, and a little more forgiving. Players have bad games, players are people too, and we all share the rift. So before you want to go about your little tirade and flame the guy who didn't ping a lane was missing, or went for an unnecessary dive. Remember that you worked hard for your rewards, and you should be rewarded for them. Hit that mute button and move on with your day!

Doesn't mean their report system doesn't needs a rework because it does. Also doesn't mean there aren't toxic players who are honor 5 who get rewards and people who aren't getting them because oops they messed up once in the wrong game with the wrong group of people. Like are people aware you aren't allowed to explain a champion and how their skills work and recommend items because the player seems totally and utterly new but that doesn't matter because you can be reported for that? Because you can be. What a wonderful community, yea?

I disagree. Some players got a chat suspension in early summer and will not be getting it. What is the point of reform if it’s unrealistic? 5 months in a 10 month season is literally 50%. If it takes more than 60% of the season to “reform” then they will piss people off and make the act of reform a futile one for MANY. I’m not talking about the person getting a chat suspension two weeks ago or even August. I got my chat suspension in mid July and that marks about 4 months in a 10 month season, I made it to honor 1 checkpoint 3 and grinded ARAMS and was a positive player/tons of honor reps each game, but nope no honor 2.

Do I deserve the reward? Nope. Do we players deserve more transparency and not get duped/conned into a fake chance at reform? In my opinion, yes.

give the man his season rewards for being humble after the fact. it's good too buddy. i once said the three letters that are similar to keep yourself safe (you know what i mean) and almost lost my season rewards. I fought back after learning to chill on my smurf and i am now a happy honor 2 checkpoint 1 camper :)

You probably don't realize how COPY-PASTE this is every year at the end of the season. Not going to say you're not being genuine, but either way you won't be getting your rewards.

I know the feeling bruh,same here. I have received 6 permabans (2 for flaming,1 for "unallowed party programs" and other 3 for "griefing") yet am still positive towards rito and its okay if i wont receive rewards.. Im probably on edge now cause i think that next ban is gonna be last (ID) so am trying to be "better"..
