Am I able to request chat logs from any recent match?

I wasn't reported or anything but want to go back on someone else's toxic behavior. I'll submit a ticket about it if I'm able to, thanks.

Riot does not, as a matter of practice, give information about others' accounts/behavior to anyone but that account owner. Thus, even if you were able to request your own chat logs, which I don't think is possible unless you've been punished, you wouldn't be able to request someone else's.

Probably not for your own logs. Definitely no for other people's chat.

The end game report is to be used whenever possible. You don't need the logs to report at end of game. You can report through a support ticket if you miss the end game screen or it glitches, but you still don't need chat logs. Riot can see them and that's all that matters.
