Does pre-game chat get analyzed by the player behavior robots?
Or do I need to submit a support ticket? Had a premade telling some poor guy to kill himself and uninstall while throwing racial slurs around. O_O

No, the Instant Feedback System does not parse chat logs from the lobby. However, they are recorded and can be pulled in a manual review, so just annotate in the report description that it was in the lobby chat.
