Will it even amount to anything in the automated system? The guy flamed his team and then said he was flamed by his whole team and that's why he trolled but he was a really negative person. Will that build help detect him as a troll?

Only Riot would know the answer to this. They do not release details on what triggers the system, though you can get some ideas based on the chat logs posted here.

What difference does it make anyway, let it go and move on.
