Having issues with climbing because I cant carry every game, no matter how well I'm doing.

Check my match history before flaming me, I don't do poorly, I VERY rarely lose lane, I usually win if my team can collapse onto objectives with me, or if there's a pair of players sticking together, I can reach with them and 3 man objectives. But most often, the bronze in them takes over and they split up as soon as I join them.

How do I get out of bronze if my main issues at this point honestly do lay with other players ?

I'm not saying I have no blame, I could be a god and carry every game, but really, this is a question about team work. I have been actively working on my ability as a player and will continue to do so (evidence in match history). But for the love of all things good what do I do with a bronze team if it gets to late game ?

Am I honestly expected to babysit the entire game to climb the ladder ? As soon as one good thing happens, the whole team scatters like ants, how do i counter act this ? How do I keep people focused, and help them realize that one good team fight doesn't mean you're invincible and free to roam the whole map by yourself ?

I started at Bronze V in season 5, I got to Gold 4 before the season ended(mostly with my precious main Azir ). Elo hell is a total myth. Bronze was my favorite league by FAR. NO CONTEST. I would go back in a heartbeat if it didnt mean not getting rewards. Treasure your time there dude, its the best, I freaking loved it.

So~ I look at your profile at na.op.gg and I found this match I can watch:

I watch it until 16 mins or so, here's what I found: You know how to cs, from your game mechanic I believe you are at least silver 5 (laning phase at least).

Upon inspecting few of your ranked match, you do get partnered with other silver 5.

But at the same time, you don't know how to play mid lane in general: You are the "second jungler." Especially you hit level 6, you should try to gank.

Olaf vs Donger top, it's very easy to gank him.
You can literally gank and kill him while staying out of his turret range.

On one occasion, you shove your whole lane... and that's it. You don't do anything else.
You could try to gank another lane (09:51 on replay).

Now, let's talk about you being support. I found two ranked game: http://s18.postimg.org/c2lty4g1l/support.png

Teh build... You don't max your damage as support, you max CDR.

Your Mid and ADC should provide the damage.

You, on the other hands, should max CDR, so that you can use your skill more often.... for its utility!

Also, finish your income item.

Yes, you do very poorly. Not as badly as some other Bronzies that post here, but not well enough to show that you're better than your opponents. Dying 6 times a game, never getting 7 cs a minute, sometimes getting as low as 3 cs/minute, not good. There are definitely some games where you perform acceptably in. Like you did well in an Udyr and an Ashe game last week (even with some bad build choices).

But there were a lot of games where you didn't get as much CS, and you died to the enemy laner, and if you want to rank up you just can't do that. It's not worth it to get 10 kills every game if you're going to feed 8 kills in exchange. All you have to do to get out of Bronze is compound an advantage on the enemy team, not "get 420 kills and carry these scrubs".

The only way to progress Ranked is to play with a team of 4 other friends that know the game good, otherwise its impossible if you try to solo it
