So that's the situation. We know system don't look to the context. Somebody accused me being useless, and i said "How can I be useless" , does that mean that system now flagged me as a toxic player because i used the NEGATIVE word ?
p.s. i think it's ridiculous if system can punished anyone without any context whatsoever.
Sounds like context complications, yes. Because a troll could type "how can i be useless?" before being useless.
But keep in mind you have to have multiple games of being toxic for it to flag. Sure sometimes individual games can be a mistake or weak but my experience of seeing people whine on the forums about getting banned and posting thier game reports. There is always some other game where they were definatively toxic.
the system IS able to tell context within your own speech.
It does NOT care about the context of "he flamed me so I countered attacked"
ah the joys of an automated system. which leaves me to believe that the system isnt actually automated, but in fact it's just a ruse to get people to stop harassing riot when difficult decisions are made about support singed and support nunu double junglers.

If you LITERALLY only said that, then no, you wouldn't be flagged as toxic.
In general LoL isn't too bad with its punishments. You can be a bit toxic once in a while and nothing will really happen because of it.
The thing is bro, the occasional "Omfg this team fucking sucks, look at these scrubs" won't really result in much happening. A habit of spamming such phrases is usually the thing that gets players in trouble.
You should be fine, nevertheless, drop the chat logs so we can see the context of the game. There are many people who complain about being unfairly punished and yet I personally find the system to be extremely lenient.
TLDR: Give us the chat logs, "How can I be useless" will not make you a toxic player if you said it once.
