Like, I get that I'm not being a sunflower here but, I'm trying to figure out where the threshold for being banned is because next one is a perma. I'm afraid to say anything. So I'm 14 day banned over this, and I'm just wondering if the community thinks it's a worthy ban. If I can get it lifted too that would be great too, but I don't expect that. Have a great day all. Game 2 W3X70N: yas is going to be toxic, demoralize us and we're going to lose W3X70N: it happened last game ---(he started getting toxic with is lane partner cait right off the start of the game, I was making a little joke) W3X70N: so gg W3X70N: it begins with the yas ---(continued trash talking from Yas) W3X70N: fuck ur shield W3X70N: lol W3X70N: my yas said "feed" totally not toxic ---(I gave First blood, whoops ) W3X70N: omfg W3X70N: i called top, and zed troll took it W3X70N: so W3X70N: I wasn;t expecting to do well W3X70N: like I Can't even farm W3X70N: only with my Q ---(I was Illaoi against Azir, I called top in lobby, but zed just went top, so no complaints, I just went mid because I'm a team player, was /all chat with Azir because he was owning me and we were chatting. He ended up honoring me) W3X70N: trynd he's been pushed into my tower for 3 waves in a row, just so you know W3X70N: toxic yas strikes again ---(I just want everyone to know that Yas's name was literally (MostToxicNA) and he was antagonizing me) W3X70N: TRYND W3X70N: trynd ive been asking for a gank all game dude W3X70N: at least tell me what is up ---(Not in a toxic way, but just trying to communicate with trynd to set up a gank for my lane, like 10 minutes later of no response, I just ask him what's up, like is he mad at me, should I not expect him, I had no idea what was going on, wasn;t mad about it, just needed to figoure out a game plan, the TRYND was to get his attention because there was an opportunity for a good gank quickly, not like "omfg TRYND what u doin" Context) W3X70N: That's not toxic? Game 3 W3X70N: thought u were coming W3X70N: nunu fuck off ---(after repeat pinging nunu to leave my lane, where you know it's obvious he's ignoring you because basically F-U) W3X70N: i knew we were going to lose as soon as he picked nunu jungle ---(Yeah, I have no excuse for this one line. It was salty. I was mad that this nunu kept coming to my lane to push it, and I was losing soooooo many minions to their mid - i was also mid) W3X70N: stop W3X70N: i cant fucking gfarm now W3X70N: I lost 2 minion waves because of this nunu W3X70N: no you pushed my lane W3X70N: I can;t farm when it's under his tower W3X70N: stop being an asshole and listen to pings W3X70N: you're supposed to help the team W3X70N: and all you\ve done is make my lane harder ---(He's just doing it to make me mad at this point. Right from the start he ignored my pings, and he's basically making me useless for the game. Nunu is just dead set on trolling the entire game W3X70N: that doesn't excuse blatently doing the opposite of what is asked W3X70N: I realize it's a game, which is why I don't understand why someone spends now 26 minutes of their life just trying to ruin it for other peolpe

The community members are the ones that reported you, because they deemed it punishable. But form my perspective, you are being pretty aggro and I wouldn't enjoy being in a game with that chat.

The question really isn't 'is this ban worthy', the question should be 'is this punishable'. By that I mean, would this earn a chat restriction. Because you're already had 2 of those, so your next punishment was guaranteed to be a 14-day ban or permaban.

Each time you were threatening people with reports and trying to get them mass reported. This is harassment and is a punishable offense. Do not do it. The report system is not there to provide you a way to coerce your teammates.

Punishment is calculated per match, not per report, so mass reporting has no increased value in getting a person punished. When you threaten people with a report, more often than not their behavior and gameplay gets worse, not better. Threatening to report people is harmful in every way and has absolutely no benefit.

So yes, you earned your ban. Riot will not remove a punishment that was not done in error. If you have a problem with people being toxic, just mute and report them and move on with your life.

You know you seem like a good guy and all, but jutting in sarcasm doesn't really help anyone at all.

Let me help you out, (since I know what its like being in your position).

Best remedy for this is to not chat at all.

You think I'm joking/sarcastic, but Im being serious here. If you really just avoid saying anything at all, good or bad, you end up not having to put up with bans and reports. If you TRULY believe its "just a game" then there is no need to chat to others if there is nothing good to say. Just let it go and don't retaliate to their actions or words.

Because end of the day it comes back to you only talking trash and being reported/banned.

I've been able to avoid reports because I just let it go because I KNOW its just a game and that person probably won't even play with me ever again.

Knowing its a game and following up on the actions you commit to knowing that are two different things. Seems like you got the first part down but you need to transition to the second part. Say it out loud or mutter it under your breathe, no need to chat it to them and end up getting banned. Be the bigger man and take what they have to say or do with a grain of salt, because it only affects that one game versus you being banned for a prolonged period of time and being unable to play at all.

its funny because i just got perm banned because all i said was sweet baby jesus and ASHE HANG ON MOMMA COMMIN lol.And i wasn't even toxic to our team nor to the other team
