This is what I got chat banned for.

Game 1 TL;DR: I had a bit of lag and I was doing my best but they all were shitting on me and asking the other team to report me)

Game 2 TL;DR: Someone picked Mundo mid because they said "I don't feel like playing" so we were trying to get him to go bot, and he was running in and dying on purpose.

I think I handle Toxic players really well honestly. I don't think that if someone is being toxic for no reason, you have to just be oppressed all game and not say a word. What kind community are we trying to get by letting trolls and toxic people just ruin games and then report who they don;t like and we get banned. I was never the aggressor.

None of those things are helpful and all of them are reportable for harassment. It's not that you're the most toxic person, it's that you're constantly grinding away at your teammates. I would talk less, play more.

But please, everyone, go ahead and report me <---- inciting a report, even on yourself (overall minor flags of unsportsmanlike behavior, not enough for a punishment, but worth looking into)

Game 3: W3X70N: because you;re really childish. <----- Small Harassment offense, but multiple counts within game (Multiple minor offenses)

Summary: Overall, not a Toxic player, but needs a push in the right direction. Type less and learn to react appropriately to teammates behavior without uses of aggressive tones or inappropriate language. Verdict: Chat ban

  1. Seriously Riot... not reportable = Reportable AND Punishable, but not enough to be Permanently Banned, at least not yet.
  2. I think I handle Toxic players really well honestly. = No, you didn't, you may not be toxic at first, but you can be when pushed. Learn from this mistake.
  3. I don't think that if someone is being toxic for no reason = Correct, but no one gets an excuse either.
  4. I was never the aggressor = Ever heard of Aggravated assault? You may not have started it, but you were involved in making matter worse.

Keep this in mind at least, this is Strike 1 for you, after your chat restriction is removed you are still flagged for future toxicity. Any other behaviors that can get you flagged (AFK, Griefing, Harrassment etc), could give you a strike 2 - suspension or worse Straight to Strike 3 - Permanent ban.

You failed to realize you are wrong, and that's okay, but now that you have been warned, you have no more excuses to your future behavior. If you don't want to be Toxic, don't behave as if you are.

If you do what a normal human would do in any given provoked situation you will be reported. League of Legends functions like a want-to-be-monk-sanctuary, not like reality.

Below I put everything that deserved a ban.

In the first game you talked about someone having no friends. How do you know if they have no friends? The truth is, you don't know anything about your team mates. Chances are you are projecting what is true to your life on your team mates. I am sorry you have no friends.

In the second game you just spammed and trash talked. You said you were going to take someone else's lane and told them to go bottom. That is not your call to make. While mundo mid is not meta it is also not insanely weak. He can just play passive early and scale well into late game. It looks like you actually were so toxic to the mundo that he didn't want to win with you on his team. I hate when I get paired with people that are so toxic that they make it unfun to carry. Who wants to give a loss to someone that clearly does not deserve it?

In the third game you again went into thinking you know something about someone's personal life and telling them that they have no friends. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology and currently working on my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I truly believe that you are saying these things because you have no friends or not many friends in real life and you are projecting it onto your team mates.

Maybe you should reflect on why YOU think none of your team mates have friends outside of league. Maybe you should think about how your behavior contributes to your losses. Maybe you should just type /mute all in the beginning of games and play league as if it was a single player game.

This is why we need the tribunal back. While there is a better way to handle this called the mute button, I don't think the tribunal would have punished you. I actively used it with 100% accuracy on majority votes and I would have voted to pardon you.

They should really start acknowledging the difference between flamers/unsportsmanlike/tilting and people who respond and defend themselves.

Look man, I'm sitting on a 15 day ban from so many arguments with trolls. Obviously I flamed them back and that's why I can't bitch about my penalty, but I can only hope they got theirs.

I have NEVER shit talked anyone because of their skill and such, simply because I have no reason to. I have been like "fucking bot lane" but thats as far as it goes really, I don't call anyone out personally.

How I got my 3 penalities within 2 months leading to 15 day ban, is this same situation over and over(ofcourse changed a bit, but same nonsense). I had a bad match, got called an autistic noob, I then told them EVERY reason I'm not a noob and asked, "what makes me autistic? i know you cant give me a legit reason" and I'm assuming it's because they felt stupid and couldnt give me ONE ANSWER to my question, so they decided to call ME toxic and /all report e46jmp!

Unfortunately because I let them get the best of me everytime, I was able to be reported for cursing back, other than that they are LITERALLY reporting me for EVERY reason they should report themselves, I want to throw something every time I see how people act on league, I really wanna think they're 10 years old.

There are things like Policies and Terms of Use. They are agreements that you make with the parties involved that set out how you can interact with them. They are very common, like a store policies.

You have an agreement like this. League of Legends has a chat feature that is meant to be used to coordinate play with teammate and persistently choosing to use it to pick arguments is an abuse of the system and violates your agreement. You have been reported to such an extent that your violations are not being overlooked anymore and you have been issued to tell you that this persistent behaviour is not acceptable.

the simplest solution is to simply not type. IMO you weren't being terribly toxic but it looks like you were ranting at your teammates which could be considered harassment.

I feel you on the lag tho. That shit is tilting.
