Is it really that hard to set a validation for summoner names?

Haven't played in 7 week, first game in I get a Serbian with a Penis hanging over his champions head....

And i didnt notice at first, but i was about to wrote in chat: "GJ! Steaming Pe...", praising him on well executed "First Blood"
