Why is this allowed to happen with no punishment?

Malphite from top lane TP's bot, support gets kill then gets into argument with support on how she ks'd blah blah blah. He then turns around and calls us all dicks and says he's leaving because he's not playing with dicks and proceeds to afk. This is a serious issue and it needs to be addressed, loss prevented or loss of less points needs to be implemented. It might not mean anything to you guys because we aren't diamond+ but it's going to take a lot longer to get there when we have to deal with shit like that! I thought I took screen shots but I pressed the wrong button and I'm so angry while I'm typing this that this shit is allowed with no punishment or any kind of "softening of the blow" to the players affected. Please SERIOUSLY look into this we're tired of it.

How do you know that player was never punished? Even if he's still playing ranked games and it shows up on his match history, you have no idea if he just came off a 14-day suspension or chat restriction. You're making assumptions that serve only to make you upset. Stop it. Report him and move on and if he keeps it up, he'll be suspended.
