Is picking unfair/out of role champs for certain lanes punishable?

For one, I'm really only bugged here because I was on a 10 win streak and this jhin flashed his mastery 7 key every time it came off cooldown while top lane, I was playing morde, didn't know he was gonna go top but either way I think it's clear that he knew he was being a lane bully with jhin top lane or else he wouldn't be being a little butthole trying to tilt me with his mastery... Is all of this together any bit punishable? I know pros in the past have been banned for multiple complaints about it but idk if it will help me much

I am not completely sure, but from what I know, you are able to mute emotes as well , check it out .

Alright, League of Legends is a mind game. There is no specific role any champ can play. Besides singed support. You can go teemo and it isnt bannable. Look at it as this person might actually be good at this champ if they feel confident enough to take it in this role. So no jhin top isnt reportable. Back to the mind game aspect. Once youve tilted your opponent youve won. He will bring his team down and cause a throw. Which is why some players will banter in all chat. Rather then get tilted by a mastery flash which is intended to tilt you, realize he is trying to get in your head. Breathe. Play slow. Play safe. Know your kill potential. A player who mastery flashes is the player who is greedy. If you wait long enough he will mess up trying to get super snowballed so he can hardcarry. If you cant get over the tilt factor of a mastery then this is not a game for you. The higher you get the more of a mind game and less of a mechanical game it becomes. I am about to hit plat, and heres my mindset. I am the best and everyone else is trash. Reminiscent of doublelift. Whom I am not a fan. But i believe this is the philosophy you need to climb. If you really know how to play your champ which you should in ranked unless you are a first timer which should be a ban. You know when you have kill potential and should play to your win conditions. If you arent calm and calculated in lane you will tilt.

I spam my badge as I turret dive you with 100% hp, kill you, and then walk out alive while stutter+dancing. If I pull it off the enemy is morally obligated to afk.

Legit half my matches were won because i tilted my opponents in /all chat. Flashing mastery emote is no different. Use the mute button.

Bonus points if their summoner / club names are related to Riven or Yasuo - those are instamute before they even speak. Trust me on this one.
