Account Permabanned but no email telling me why?

I got a notice when i tried to login today saying i was permabanned, i want to know the reason though cause i have no real idea besides some afks which happened due to my computer being crappy but even then the most that i ever got punished for from that was the low priority queue nothing else. i have not gotten any other warning and i have not had a 14 day suspension or chat restriction ever. I haven't even played in the past four days. Riot please help me out here.

It could take a little while to receive your email, but in the meantime make sure the correct email is verified by going to your account on the top right of this page and click Settings.

If the proper email was already verified, check your spam folder and ensure Riot Games is whitelisted.

If you've done all that and don't have an email by tomorrow, submit a Support Ticket and they'll be able to help you out.

Honestly if you have afk because you know your computer is crappy you deserve to be banned.

Probably for intentional feeding which might lead to perma ban instantly. Or as you say constant afk. If your network can't handle, why would you harass your team then ?

TO ANYONE READING THIS THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED AND TURNS OUT THAT THE SUSPENSION HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH BREAKING THE SUMMONERS CODE OR LEAVEBUSTER IT IS BECAUSE OF A MORE PERSONAL REASON(THAT I WON'T MENTION)
