The improvements that were made to the reporting system are amazing. I just had a Caitlyn in a game who was one of the most toxic people I've ever come across, even cursing me out when I told her "GJ!" after she got a kill. I reported her, and just got a notification THIS SAME NIGHT that someone I reported had been punished. **Thank you, Riot, for finally making me feel like the reports are making a difference. **

We had a rough bot lane, but Cait was flaming Twisted Fate from the very beginning due to a failed gank that gave first blood to Sivir. She wouldn't let it go and cursed and raged at everyone who told her that wasn't the way to respond.
When I told her "GJ!" it was after her getting a kill I handed to her on a silver platter by grabbing an enemy champ into one of our turrets. She proceeded to curse me out.
