How do I keep my cool when people intentionally feed?

I mean, when a teammate is unironically inting, I don't enjoy the game. It might be just me idk, but I dislike getting inted. I have no problem with flaming them, I can stop myself from doing that easily, but like i get tilted for future games too. Just now I played 2 games where i got inted (not target inted, a teammate just decided to int for various reasons), and the next game i was so tilted that i played the worst i have ever played this year at least. How do people generally deal with stuff like this?

By realizing it's just a video game, nothing about it is important, and that you're playing it for entertainment. If you get pissed off in one game, especially if it's a ranked game, don't immediately jump into the next game to make up for the loss. Chances are you'll lose again.

you must enjoy the losing. because riot wants you to lose to keep you playing longer. its the way the system of forever elo'n goes. the only way out of this is to quit this game and find something better. take care*[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]*

It’s really hard to. It’s frustrating that you can’t say anything to people that do this or you get banned. I normally just punch my desk or my wall when this happens and it calms me down pretty quick

So if I go through the trouble to actually look at your match history, I'm going to find actual inters and not people who suck or had a bad game?

Personally, I like to see it as an opportunity to train playing at a disadvantage without feeling any pressure whatsoever.

For starters keep the chat disabled to keep yourself from talking at all, those kids love thinking that they "made you mad", it's an ego safekeeping mechanism that makes them feel like they're better than someone at something.

Ignore them completely, the more attention you give them, the more they will try to ruin the game. This includes even communicating with them through pings. Don't tell your team or the enemy team to report them either, that alone can get you banned by this god awful system. There's more people like you getting banned from slightly flaming at these children than the trolls themselves.

If you're confident and experienced in dealing with these kinds of kids, then you can do something better, you can respectfully bait them into flaming to make sure that action is actually taken from your report, since rito only seems to punish people who flame. Gotta make sure not to say anything that the dumbass system will count as flaming though, or you'll get banned right along with them.

Just remember that the only reason they are inting is because they want to get a reaction out of you or your team. Think about that before you start saying anything in chat then except that you are going to lose and report them after the game.

If the int game really messed up your mood, it's best to close the game after that match and focus on something else. Jumping into another match after being tilted like that will only mess up your game mechanics and you'll make more mistakes. Just close the game and take a deep breathe. Play another game for a bit, go outside for a break, grab a glass a water, watch some youtube, ect.
