What the hell Riot, I just got a notification saying that I'm banned for intentionally feeding in a game.

I was honor level 3, I came back to play after 3 weeks of not playing and just because i didn't play well in one game (second game of the day, after the first one which was basically over in 10 minutes), I got banned for 2 weeks. Here, I'll even link my stats below. Just because I play lots of ARAM and don't play well in ranked doesn't mean that I should get banned for playing a really bad game.

I have never intentionally fed in a game. Like ever. In the past 3 years or so. This is such a random ban like what the fuck. i don't even know what to say.

Do you actually want people to play this game or what. Sure, I picked Kalista support (it's preseason, does it really matter what I pick?), but what the hell was I supposed to do against a fed Jinx, who literally two shots me to death from unreachable range before I can even use summoner spells, and Zyra just kills me with root. I literally died for the same reason as the enemy Darius going 4/11 or Ryze who was 2/17 because our Brand was killing them with two spells. Look at their damage output. This is a game that has 2 outcomes right now: you either feed and be useless or get fed and obliterate enemies. And I can't always go 10/0 and win games like a pro.

I also helped my team here and there, got 2(?) towers by pushing, and I get permabanned for 2 weeks? are you fucking serious? I think I just climbed up to honor level 3 after playing hard this summer. And no, I can't play a perfect game after working 10 hours and studying 4 hours. I only wanted to play a few games and take a break. Turns out this is just more stress than fun.

I swear to god, you can read my chat and I didn't even say anything. Didn't even harass my team with pings. Watch the fucking replay, put a hand to your heart and think whether I actually deserve this ban.

Then again, after having said all this, I was going to ask to unban me rightfully.

But you know what. Fuck it. Do whatever the hell you want. You Rioter can unban me if you think I don't deserve the ban. AND I DON'T CONSIDER IT UNBANNED UNLESS I GET MY HONOR LEVEL 3 BACK. Jesus Christ. If you ban me then unban me, and I have to grind to get to honor level 3 again, which I did this summer, from honor level 0, took me 4-5 months? Yeah good luck making me or any other player do that again. Unless I get my account back as it was, I'm quitting like all my other friends who already moved on. I'll just go get myself some Christmas gifts like a PS4, FIFA 19, and overocooked 2 that don't penalise me for playing their fucking game for fucks sakes. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas too, play lots of League, knowing that you prevented someone from playing the game that you enjoy so much.

This might work out okay since I have an important exam coming up after which I'm heading off to Vegas. Oh and by the way, this shit show is exactly the reason why I didn't spend any money on this game. Because I always knew Riot would arbitrarily drop the ban hammer on me and that's a risk I wasn't willing to take for in-game purchases. God, I'm so fucking mad and pissed right now more than I ever have been while playing this fucking game. Fucking unbelievable. Un believableeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

0/24 is really a stretch for ''unintentional deaths''. Looking at the kill feed you basically just ran to lane/lanes and died immediately for the first 18 minutes of the game.

Sure, I picked Kalista support (it's preseason, does it really matter what I pick?)

While yes it is pre-season I don't think Kalista support is really countable for the ''Is it meta?''.

I seriously don't believe you "unintentionally" died 24 times as Kalista support whilst still doing the lowest damage, and also never upgrading your Support item. This says a lot.

Help me out here. My understanding is that Kalista deals percent health magic damage when attacking the same target as her soulbond companion. If you dealt zero magic damage all game... does that mean you didn't actually bond with your ADC?

I know that the general verdict is in already, and there is a lot of supporting evidence, but I found another piece of information that could be useful to check for in future cases.

Using the client's Summoner Search > Match History also shows stats on runes that aren't displayed elsewhere.

This particular case shows that Glacial Augment only slowed enemies for 33 seconds. Since GA lasts 2 seconds per proc, that means that it was procced approximately 17 times. If they were auto attacking constantly from first proc to right before the cooldown refreshed, that would be 119 seconds (assuming the longest 7 second cd was in effect, but that only lasts till level 6) of auto attacking Champions for the entire match.

With 6 assists, there were 6 chances for the duration of GA to be cut short, potentially increasing the number of procs, but it wouldn't add anything to the duration of auto attacking enemy champions, it would in fact decrease it.

Play only glass cannon squishies long enough and eventually you will have that bad of a game. 24 deaths in 37 minutes is definitely possible, although if I was having one like that my chat would probably look like "well I'm sorry guys, I don't know what to do I just keep dying faster than instantly"

The most deaths I can remember having in a summoner's rift game is 19, and that was playing support Sona, poorly, with an ignorant build, in a 45+ minute game, against a team that would focus me at all cost and often at the expense of the entire team fight. I was low silver at the time. OP is gold. I don't consider that amount of deaths to be realistic in most cases. Exceptions could happen, of course, but I'm skeptical.

I had one with 17 deaths a couple weeks ago. If you play ADC these days, or a squishy support like MF, you can very easily die nonstop if you get behind. I don't know in this case what the reality is, but you can't look at the numbers and claim it's impossible. I've had longer games where I get like 20/18/20 kinda scores too. But right now ADC dies so fast and has so little to offer that it can be really difficult.

So hes probably playing against golds, as opposed to silvers, who know how to take advantage of a behind player and kill them faster than silvers would. Just sayin xD

Not sure if you're being serious, but even in unlikely hypothetical scenarios, it's demonstrable that fewer deaths occur at higher levels. That's just the nature of the game. Obviously OP claims an outlier, which I doubt was the actual case, but I don't think you can reasonably assert that gold is a higher-death bracket than silver.

It just seemed like you said hes gold as a reason why he should die even less than you when you were silver. So i was just saying like it doesnt really matter because his opponents are better than the silvers you were against. Not important, but yes i was being serious. Also, not joining that arguement, just pointing that very specific part out.

I mean there are ways avoiding getting assassinated like that by just looking at the minimap and infering where the enemy would be, like what jungle camps are up.

There's a point where you either get no farm and do nothing or risk dying instantly. It comes down to the decision making of the enemy players, and sometimes they really go for those kills.

I've been playing far more Wizardry 8 and CS:GO than ever before. I've gone from several hours a day of League to several hours a week, usually with friends. But that's largely to do with how terrible ADC is. And I am generally in higher spirits when I don't play this game.

I'm struggling with mapping in Wizardry 6. I played a little M&M 1 beforehand to get my bearings on it, but I can't figure out consistent dimensions for the maps. Going pretty well so far though, got a party of 3 fighters, a mage, a priest, and a bishop. Planning to do class changes to sample the wider selection later, figured it's good to go simple since I'm trying to avoid spoilers. I've more or less mastered Wizardry 8's mechanics so I figured I'd dive on in to the old school stuff.
