Toxic players on League affecting sportsman like players

If you're grammar sensitive Don't Read! I have been playing league for about 5 years now. I have experienced so much toxicity that it's made my gaming experience the worst. I've emailed riot many times over the ranked system, regarding being matched with people with the 1/4 of my wins. Which in my opinion is huge because if you're not showing (NORMAL WINS), than you haven't put time in the game. I feel the tutorials should be a must, a requirement to play ranked. Not a if you want to. I hear all the "League cliche's" is what I call them in the game. To the point that every game is the same, The blame game, or sexual content,or "Thanks Riot". Did Riot make you say that? Let's be honest! Riot didn't cause the community to be toxic. That's why they invented a report system.They don't want it either!! The ranked system I must say is set up better,and I'm very pleased with the afk checks. My complaint is being matched with people in ranked still with 1/4 of my wins,and the amount of toxic behavior in the game. To the point they'd rather sit in base and fight,rather than play! How is this fair to the sportsman like conduct people? I hear a lot of people say that's partially what makes it fun. Well I have a solution. I believe in not just complaining but help with the solution. My suggestions are have stronger penalties to toxic behavior. I feel there should be two groups. Group #1 those who have been banned,and are toxic. Group #2 those with good behavior (self control). I don't feel people should feel violated leaving a GAME! I have someone that I've tried to get them to play with me,but because it's so toxic they won't subject themselves to that behavior. Do you blame them? Is that what kind of a reputation league wants? I love to play League of Legends. I was raised playing games,and would like to see the community cleaned up.

1/4 your wins? is their win rate = yours?

You've played 5 years, you basically saying you want people who have played for over a year to even be considered to match with you

Riot does not want a prisoners island, which is what you are suggesting by making two groups of people inside league

I'm Varista, I'm lilMissBratty's duo partner on ranked and her significant other. We met on league and we've played league for years together now. I'd like to address some things... Some very important things. Her message isn't just her crying because the league community is toxic. She's telling us we need to shape up because the way things are not we are always going to have the same issues over and over again. For years her and I have dealt with people who are extremely toxic, flaming us, flaming others, feeding intentionally (to which there is still no definitive punishment for) and constant negative attitudes and giving up. I'm not going to lie, I have fed before... I've never intentionally fed, I don't think I could do that to my team mates or her. I know I've been toxic before. I'm a hot head and short tempered so I know I've said things I don't mean and I've gotten more than my fair share of chat restrictions and even a 2 week ban in season 3 for being toxic. I should not be allowed to play this game. I should be banned. I should. But I'm not. And because I'm not I get to play this game with her every day and try to make the best of this game every day with her. We both love to play League... it's what's brought us together.. it's what's helped make our relationship so fun. But what's not fun, is people telling us we need to kill ourselves because we did bad in bot lane. People telling us that we need to get cancer and die for not doing exactly what they want. People making sex jokes and threatening to rape her because she's a girl playing a video game because nothing went their way. You can look at her track record. She's a positive and sportsmanlike player. She's never gotten a restriction or ban. She's as sportsmanlike as they come and yet she's forced to be subjected to this kind of nonsense. This kind of toxicity that not only disturbs her in the games she plays but disturbs her outside of them as well. When you leave a video game disturbed and vexed and angry that's not a good experience. Of course I have no room to complain... even with me trying as hard as I have recently to clean my act up and stop being toxic, the 4 years I spent being a toxic dick face to people because I'm a short tempered idiot has not been made up for.

People don't deserve to play this game if they are toxic and if you refuse to IP ban people from your game permanently to thin the heard of the toxicity off this game, then pit toxic players against other toxic players and let the sportsmanlike players play with each other because if I have to sacrifice playing with her and pay my dues in the toxic queues with the other toxic players just to make sure that League, as a whole, becomes a better game over the years to come, then I'm all for it. I'll pay my dues. And then when I'm done paying my dues, we can play together again. Why must non toxic people, sportsmanlike players suffer at the hands of toxic and unsportsmanlike players' hands just because Riot is too afraid to issue out real time punishments that would only further support the sportsmanlike attitude. Toxic players should be banned or put into their own queue with each other. Let sportsmanlike players and positive adults, mature adults, play with each other and let these toxic unsportsmanlike children play together. If that includes me, then let justice be served, but it's not fair to make the rest of the good people play with people like me. Toxic, angry, unsportsmanlike children.

I'm incredibly confused what does number of wins have to do with toxicity? What does it matter if someone's played 1/4 of the games as you?

Oh my god you are matched with players that have 1/4th your wins and yet they are the same elo as you.

You know that it means they climb faster and they are better than you ....

But honestly why the fuck do you even care , in the end its your skill that makes you climb , you can have shitty teams, toxic flamers but in the very end if you deserve to be plat 5 you will be plat 5 , only little kids cry about their teams. Yea a team can loose you a game , but it only means you were not good enough to carry them

'Cleaning' up the community is pointless; Riot doesn't care. The toxics probably have 10 other accounts anyways.

Sorry but I've seen thousands of posts on these boards and everyone is saying the exact same thing (or just venting their frustrations hoping to get upvotes because they are sad with themselves). There are better games out there to waste your time on, this is not one of those games.
