The 3rd key fragment is the hardest to get. The percentage of getting one after a won game is pretty low. Just keep winning c:

It varies based on your behavior post-ban and the specific of your account. I've heard anything from a few days to a month or two -- I'm sorry we can't be more specific.

i'm not even that toxic in game i ping objectives i tell people where to go i benefit both the team and myself if it wont benefit the game i dont say it (unless its a joke)

the only toxic thing i did was inting that 1 soraka game you wont find anything else
