Is This Considered Toxic?

I am, by no means, the best player in the world. In fact, I have lots of flaws and am happy to admit it. However, the last game I filled and ended up with jungle. I picked Jarvan and did some decent plays with him but not enough. Our mid laner picked Jhin into a Yasuo and then later, a Malphite jungle was picked so he kept getting camped. I was getting blamed for the fact there was nothing he could do when Malphite kept coming to mid lane to ult him and give Yasuo a free ult. What could I have done in this situation, other than muting the mid laner who nonstop was saying 'jungler decides the game'.

I can honestly say I never contested a Malphite gank in mid-lane simply because it usually happened when I was either bottom or top. The issue I have here is that even if I had showed up in mid during a Malphite/Yasuo combo I don't think there is anything I could do to help this Jhin because he lacked mobility completely but maybe I am wrong. Would you consider this Jhin, who nonstop repeated 'jungler decides the game' as toxic? I know it sure made me feel crappy because I wish I could have done something but I just felt there was nothing I could do.

I swear on my life there was a response to this but when I clicked it, it was gone. So baffled right now.

Lol maybe they deleted it.. or can you even do that? Idk my forum knowledge sucks. I would say yeah if he said that multiple times, it is toxic. Basically just blaming you for the loss.

Multiple times = harassment just report and move on Not toxic but I've seen people on this forum get banned for similar stuff.
